I don't know how NECA does it. They are basically giving us a fifty dollar plus figure for a mear twenty dollars. They are the standard to which all other companies should be held to. Definitive one of the best figures this year so far.

actually arthas is a warcraft character who is featured in HotS along other main blizzard characters. Tyraell is from diablo and so on. So for ne as an warcraft collector its rather nice. the figure is cheaper and much better than others. Neca does realy great work

+bunnyfreakz It works perfectly. I've got the figure and it is a great touch. Because figure is bulky, sculpted cape would hinder the movement and it would add to the overall stiffness of the figure.
