I didn't like toy story 3. I watched it in Theaters in 3D once and I was EXTREMELY Traumatised and Upset at the same time. This movie is the darkest.

I believe you gotta throw in one of those trash blocks and place there or try to get buzz in there by going down and jumping at that certain location. (I'm trying this technique right now! I'll let you know how it goes.)
