Nice video, like the quality. I suggest trying something called easing in and easing out it might help. I'm trying it and my animation is a lot better and smoother.

from a fellow animator I suggest that you don't make each movement the same but make one movement a bit bigger than the other this creates a sense of realistic movement and also speed up the fps
