Hey Joe! Did you have a good gym tyme today?? I hurt my right shoulder at work about a month ago and it really messes with my bench press. Even doing pushups it hurts. Hope you’re doing great

Lukas get that checked out! My left shoulder is a wrexk top but i did a max out day yesterday. 100 reps on bench! Did about 6 to 7 different exercises.
