Inderdeed, it's a moped! :-p Good movie, nicely made, good music choice for the subject. Some hints: if the brake oil looks that brown, I would replace it. Just open up the bleeder at the caliper and pump some new oil through. Do take care that the reservoir keeps enough oil in it so you don't pump air into the hose. When I replace the engine oil, I drain it in a measuring cup. It gives an idea of how much the engine uses. Total oil volume is 700 cl, and 500 cl when draining. So about 200 stays in the engine. I had the same issue with the throttle handle. I am kinda hamfisted so I push it back to hard, causing the flimsy end stops to break off.

For the leaver you should try spacers (those small flat metal rings you put on a screw) In the video he tightened the screws too much because they needed to keep the mirrors tight. There should always be a little play room for the throttle. He could've used spacers as well but this works too

@@holo6883 spacers could have worked as well, thank you for the suggestion!

@@holo6883 The thing is that the right hand switches are fixed to the handle bar, and they are where the throttle handle is fixed in. The original handle bar weights are only a little bit large that the thickness of the handle bar pipe, but the mount for the mirror is a bit larger. So originally the throttle handle is running over the weight, but it is touching the mirror mount. I fixed it by pulling out the mirror mount a bit before tightening it.

Thank you! I'm thinking of doing all these things to my hanway do you think this is a full service? Or do I need to do more?
@WrenchAtHome Жыл бұрын
I think the only thing a bike shop will do extra, especially for new bikes, is checking the tension (and adjust where necessary) of the spokes in your wheels. Other than that, I’d consider this a full service, yeah!

@@WrenchAtHomeThat's great to hear! Did you also do (kleppen regelen)? To your bike?

No, I didn’t do that, didn’t feel like that was necessary.

Anybody knows how to change the complete backlight package? It is screwed to the rear fender from within the fender, but the screws are invisible?
@doktermobiel Жыл бұрын
If I recall correctly there's an inner and outer fender. The outer is the coloured part , the inner a black plastic piece.
