Y'know that feeling when a song makes you feel so good, it just gives you chills and then makes your blood boil and gives you a warm feeling inside? That's the feeling I get when I listen to this song. The vocals, the lyrics, the music, the power it makes you feel. This song just makes me feel so good. Whenever I'm down, I play this and I feel so much better about myself afterwards. It's just so powerful. You just want to shout the lyrics out and scream at the top of your lungs. It would have been so great to get drafted and sent to Vietnam, right? You can get a complete musical education, opinions and commentary included, not just on timeless rock and roll classics, but also on classical, blues, jazz, or even old time banjo, if you want it. Back before MTV, we only heard what was on the RADIO, or if your cool cousin from New York City made a mix tape for you, you might learn about the Ramones and the Velvet Underground. That was it. Kids today don't know how lucky they are. Oh, and also, I had to walk to school through ten feet of snow.
