I own a 2006 1.0 yaris. Looks brand new still, runs great, no issues for a 14 year old car to just change motor oil, fluids and one time 7 years ago the alternator, great. 165, xxx km so far. Toyotas older models were solid. I believe the original yaris is the real value champ and absolutely issue free. I can't relate to the new models. The wry new yaris looks more like a Citron or Mazda omg. Crazy Toyota decisions 2019-.....shame.

I guess we have different taste. I hate the ford focus. It doesn't do as it's told and it's unstable and not in a good way. For example the Astra design (that I drove) was very unstable but that allowed for oversteer. The focus just flomers around like a fat cat on catnip. And the reverse gear is crap. Hate the bloody thing.
