the Check engine light stays on if you press brake while you start. looked like he was pressing it when he started it my 2005 ave has same thing but it's not really a problem

@@steamengine4719 No it doesn't, these engines are pretty unreliable and usually the engine light is beause of the katalysator has worn out.

Hey, just to make sure, it will sound so weird but, check out the CV joints, we had the same annoying sound, and we thought the same, gear whine from somewhere, maybe differential or manual gearbox, but it actually was a tear cv joint, bcs of aerodinámic sound or some shit, at least in our case we are sure it was the CV joints, bcs when we fixed one side cv joint the sound stoped, and then the sound came back, guess what, the other side cv joint broke too!!, We fixed , and sound stop again.

@@KILLER.KNIGHT After you start the engine the vehicle does a self check and if everything is OK all the warning lights will disappear. In this case as you can see there are 3 yellow warning lights that stay ON for all the time - and of course you cannot read it from this angle but I own the car for almost 18 years so I know exactly what is written there. One of them is ABS, the other is VSC and the third is TRC OFF - and also not to mention the check engine icon that is also ON all the time. Unfortunately some drivers do not care about those warning signals and just drive until they just broke down - or worse when the ABS and other functions would be needed to avoid an accident - they will not work properly or malfunction. If you cannot afford to own such a car and have it properly serviced, sell it... Deserves a better owner...
