Toyota Axio 2007 CVT transmission repair and inspection. #1

I have shown in this video how troubleshoot Toyota CVT transmission gearbox. The problem with this was oil leakage from the oil pump sealing rings. And you can see the correct way to remove and install the gearbox.

My Toyota fielder 2007 can only move in reverse and not drive. On checking there was little CVT. Can I fill the CVT and the car be ok.

The forward clutch may be slipping. Changing the oil does not work. The gearbox will have to be repaired.

You have to find the exact place where the oil is leaking.

Did u find out where it was leaking from? Mine is leaking as hell and mechanics r unable to fix it

@@muhammadyasir6780 I have tried several times but still no solution. I am planning to get it looked by a different mechanic. If problem is not solved I will just get another gearbox. The biggest issue has been converter and O-ring seals.

does the 2006 toyota noah use the same cvt ? i get shudder from shifting from 1 to 2 at low speeds but wheni step on the gas it doesnt shudder

Toyota noah does not use this. As you have said it seems to be a problem with the gearbox.

@@easymoworkshop1054 the 2006 noah that i have uses a cvt gearbox .i have a 2004 also , that uses normal torque converter gearbox .i have already changed the cvt gear oil .it went away for about a week but started shuddering again

A certain amount is the same. The problem with this is that the forward hub is worn out.

يمكنك ان تكتب لي اين يمكن ان يكون الخلل في ناقل حركة CVT عندما يكون بارد يتحرك بشكل سلس وطبيعي لمسافة 200 متر ثم يقوم بالهزة والتوقف عن الحركة يرفض التحرك للامام وللخلف ايضا واذ توقفت حت يبرد تمام يتحرك بسلاسة ثم بعد 200 متر تقريبا يتوقف عن الحركة مع هزة بالقير هزة مخيفة وصوت رعشة
