@@taquankirk911 imgur.com/a/sF8oJgs Build is almost 3 years old so nowadays i would do things little different. Maybe use this project as a guide and build it the way it is easiest for you. Your zv5's must have some interesting specs for requiring that much air space but hey; it adds sensitivity to the lows. Maybe youre going for low tune with big port. I would use fiberglass resin to create the bottom part and build around it. 8" areport should be enough for the 2 15s and a little bit of choking in the port would add air movement. You should check out newer vids of this build.

@@taquankirk911 aww man i hate when i measure and cut something wrong but to order a box with wrong measurements must hurt. Are you going to build the next box by yourself? You could skip the fiberglass part if you have a sedan and build the bottom of box with mdf or baltic birch. If youre from america i guess birch plywood is preeetty expensive. If it feels like the lows are missing and subs are not moving you should definetely check the crossover settings. Subs should still move a lot in a small box even if smaller boxes lowers excurcion. May i have some specs of the box you have right now, please?
