Why is the dash blinking.

probably recorded the video at 30 frames a second. the displays are probably running at 60 fps. so they will appear to blink in the video as the camera is only recording half the frames of the screens. In real life they wont blink, as anything above 24 fps 99.9% of people will see it a solid light/ display.

When you start driving they lock autmatic and when standing still and pull the handgrip then it automatically unlocks.

Ja, Ist einstellbar im Menü. ab 10km/h oder sowas automatisch verriegelt, beim Schalten auf P wieder entriegelt.
