Note: There are fallen trees and rocks from landslides as a result from Typhoon Carina that has hit the Luzon region very recently . I took all the necessary caution by driving at a more leisurely pace minding the various obstacles scattered on this portion of road.

Indeed it is. There are some sections that's currently getting landslide nettings installed and the upper half of the route is constantly littered with debris from trees and other vegetation no matter the weather is so it's not going to be 100% clear but I do enjoy the combination of corners and undulations even at a very leisurely pace!
