This is the "rich" part of the Congo, it's called City La Flueve, I watched a documentary about it. It's a new city being built for wealthy Congolese people and immigrants coming to the Congo. Congo musician Fally Ipupa owns property there. Across the river, is a fishermen settlement.

Japanese cars are the only cars that work properly lol. Toyota and Honda are unmatched. Nissan are terrible though but that is because the French own them.

@@dsend_ Yes, that's right. The Extra grade is the cheapest grade in the 18 series Crown, so the 3L engine is not available. The 3L engine (3GR) was only available in the Royal Saloon, Royal Saloon G, and the 03 model Athlete.
