Do you know where the 5th injector is located on the Toyota avensis 2012 model so we can take it out and clean it.. I have a code p2002 so before i get the DPF deleted im just going to Try and clean the fifth injector see if that works

No, it is perfectly fine unless it's doing it all the time.

​@@andreasbecker2916Hello, we are commiting the same mistake. I learned that I have (obligation! Must ! ) to go regularly on a high speed way and let it run at high RPM (>3000) for 15 mn minimum to avoid DPF failure.
