I believe that there may be some air going inside the power steering fluid, and that's why you get some noise when you turn the wheels. I had that issue on my BJ40 when i installed the power steering. I fixed it by changing the seal O-Ring that goes in between the pump and the reservoir.

What a nice 3b engine I'm glad i found your channel i couldn't find a channel that rebuilds Toyota land cruiser with the stock diesel engine and i love the channel keep making more vids so i can also do a rebuild on my bj40

Reminds me of my fj40 project back o 2011 . I still got the rig I replacing the clutch and oil pan gasket just about done . It was a challenge, fj40 is a ton of fun to work on . Looking forward to your progress .

I'm glad I found this channel! I'm wondering how it was accelerating so well? I heard these 3Bs were like tractors but this seems just fine. Is it because of the H55? Or perhaps there is a lower ratio diff installed?

The 3B engine works well in such a light platform. The diffs are stock FJ40. This engine came stock in a BJ70 (also a light vehicle). Anything bigger and it can struggle without a turbo. Thanks for watching!

@@musiccitycruisers3863 Ahh okay. Thanks for the information. I'm considering buying a FJ 40 and here in Pakistan a factory 2B setup is common.. My only concern though was the acceleration. But since 3B is comparable 2B I'm not concerned anymore after watching this.

Mate fj is petrol 3b is diesel I’m guessing u have a bj40 or bj42
