Thanks brother ♥️. These are state highways & village roads. Kerala is a small state with high population density. Free land available excluding forests and water bodies are very few. The rest are mostly occupied . So acquiring land for wider roads is always difficult. But roads are improving day by day. New six lane highways are opening soon

Depends on what u want. The new one is more powerful, fast, better turning radius, u won't feel like u r driving such a big car and the 6 speed automatic with paddle shifters is really good. The old have a bigger engine, the turbo whistle, the manual transmission is more fun to drive & a well weighted steering, u will definitely feel u r in a big SUV. I personally love the type 2 design and engine sound. I love driving the old one which gives u the SUV feel. It's the last one from Toyota with those old school SUV traits. ✌️

It is just a term I picked up from the KZbinrs who make reviews of automobiles which means a more elevated position of the driving seat that gives a better view all around the vehicle that has been driven.
