Hi Krishna, The over all outcome is really great. I have my observations as below; 1) The area surrounding the damage area needs to be covered and protected (I as a customer surely would like to see other area protected though ur team cleans it I know (micro dust which gets accumulated in the gasket area and surrounding will remain trapped irrespective of what ever cleaning you do) please take this inputs as positive and "raise the quality of safe guarding clients assets. 2) The door tear fixing was not shown in the video so it's a million dollar question what was done? Since we could not see how did ur team treat the tear of the rear left door fixed was it welded with metal sheet? if welded was the inner part of the metal treated with rust proof paint treatment? 3) Please ask the team working to wear basic safety while working in harsh conditions like rubbing grinding since micro dust inhalation is harmful for team in a long run. Over all impressive compared to other workshops. As I mentioned there is always room for improvement and implementation to raise the standards. Hi, 1. Noted. Be rest assured, the car was delivered clean. 2. The tear was welded (no gas welding) with a sheet metal of a suitable size (MS sheets were not used) and was followed with the rust proofing with a coat of epoxy primer on both sides. The repairs were done late into the night and the person who handles the camera had left for the day. 3. These are contractors and they don't use any of these. We have 6 double cartridge masks and none of them use it unfortunately and it has become a dead invest. Cheers, Team KRITHI
