Ok here is my suggestion for the Low Rider community....Traffic in So Cal is a bust 3-7 anywhere it is a parking lot on the 110 or 101. That said I think you should write a bill to get a Low Rider only lane (Take away the carpool lanes) and if you cruised at 5 mph it would be double the speed on the 405. Think of the community benefit of a few cruise show every day on the fwy with cruising low riders while you sit in traffic going 2 mph and watch ....just need a Schlitz truck to break down in front of you so you can really enjoy the show rolling by! Awesome video again A++++
