Nice setup, re the TJM side steps, I have a 2018 Kakadu & TJM inform their side steps do not fit KDSS models, did you have them modified?

Nahh Still happy with it. Ild be more worried if i was trying to carry 5 people in it. Ive got an engineer in QLD that will do a 250kg upgrade on it as is, but need QLD Rego first. Ill do it one day

Great rig mate. TJM Snorkels are ugly though. What brand lock up kit have you? I have the new one 2022 Toyota Fortuner seems a bit better.

Hey mate, ive got the Richards Auto Electrical - Dual Speed Automatic TC Lock Up Kit Its a mouthful lol Interesting about the Snorkel, obviously with the 3 main types people will have their preferences. I feel the Airtec suits a soft body car like Prado/ 200 / everest ect. But probably not most utes or anything with squarer panels. Idk, just my thoughs :)

Yeah used to have one 2 cars before this. Had a tune works tune in it, muffler delete, intake clean and throttle controller. Was pretty good until someone stole it.

Yeah my old battery system used to struggle with it. The new 200ah lithium keeps up with it. So must be pretty power hungry.

My pleasure, ahh so that was before solar. The battery i had was 2.5yrs old and only a 105AH Lead Acid All Rounder I think 100Ah of Lithium would be enough as its almost double. But ive got nearly 4x as much and a bigger charger now. So keen to keep adding things to the system But yeah, after you process the cost of the 200ah you wont regret it in any other sense 👌🏽

Yeah love it, need the TC lockup kit. But goes fine. Cruising at 80-90 will do under 10L/100 all day long 110 on the highway steps it up to 11-13L depending how hilly it is.
