Loving what you’ve done to get out there and enjoy the great outdoors, guys!! 💯 Also, don’t be ashamed of using some budget gear. If you can make it work for your needs, it’s a win and who cares about all the big brand names if it does the job? I’m looking forward to watching your adventures unfold 👍

Thanks for the vid👍. Got a 79 dual cab just a farm truck but lifted and super HD suspension that can carry/tow anything with no rear sag. Incredibly I see so many 4x4’s towing massive caravans worth a bomb, the vehicles worth a bomb yet factory suspension??? Asses sagging, front up in the air and dangerous AF!!!!!!!!!!!! Spend the coin on correct suspension and be safe people😉🙂

The roof rating is not 150kg it is only 80kg see page 283 of owner's manual
@crabbcorner
@crabbcorner 3 жыл бұрын
Prado 150 … 80K’s on a GXL and above. 100K’s on a GX that is using the three mounts. I understand if you remove the roof bars and use the 3 mounting points you up it to 100k’s. Then buy a rack that is rated the same off road as well as on road and you have a full 100k’s to play with. Minus of course the weight of the rack itself.
