Do you need to bleed inverter cooling system after pump install and then refill to avoid air bubbles?

I recently had my 2008 Prius HID’s headlight bulbs converted to LED’s. In 2 months one of the bulbs went out, warranty replaced both headlight bulbs for free. In another month, the OTHER recently replaced bulb went out. My guy got the idea to use commercial LED’s used on big rigs on my car bc there seemed to be a overwattage problem burning out the bulbs prematurely. He said these bulbs never get turned off on trucks, they are always on. Been 3 months, it had worked like a charm so far. Problem was I couldn’t see bc beams turned down too low. He fixed it for most part except passenger side can be raised more. Now I have nice bright LEDS on both headlight and fog lights. Better yet, the headlight beams were adjusted (for most part, passenger side headlight is functional but beam could be raised slightly) and my bulbs have not burned out so far. Have you encountered headlight problems with Prius’?

Excellent video on removing the headlight assemblies (on the way to the pump). I'm debating between replacing the assemblies ($302, with HID) or polishing the surfaces........annually. Per one of your articles on another platform, did you ever figure out a way to down-rev from HID to halogen headlights? If I just bought halogen assemblies, which are much cheaper, would they work with the existing wiring? I noticed that you had an LED conversion kit in the comments. Is that an option for either the halogen or HID assemblies? Thanks!

There is a process for this and it’s planned in an upcoming video.
