The internal fuses are located underneath the glove box relays , there is a small cover over them. If you lay in the footwell and remove the cover and look up you will see them.

You forgot the additional fuse box under the glove box! You have to remove the black plastic tray.....incidentally, its where you'll find the OBD2 Fuse....which was my problem.

Hi. Yaris failing start sometimes can be related to one of the fuses? Sometimes it starts pretty good, sometimes it doesn't, despite the control panel is on, light and etc as well. Cheers.

Great video I would never have found the interior box. My remote control has stopped operating the central locking but the actual key still operates all doors. I'm thinking the remote battery was flat so changed it but still wont open doors and now know i have to offer ip the remote to the push start button to work( never had to fo this before as car detected key was inside car... I'm thinking a fuse may have blown preventing doors opening using key fob. Do you know where this fuse may be located? Or any advice on the problem??

Hi mate. First thing have you used the central locking from inside the car to see if it still works. It is possible that the key is broke. Let me know if the central locking work stall. Cheers.

The remote won't lock/unlock my Toyota Yaris 2009, however the central lock button in the car works. I am not sure it is the fob battery either because the remote brings its usual red light when I press it, it just won't lock/unlock. Will appreciate your advice.

Hello my 2007 Yaris has a dead battery I took to mechanics and they replaced battery but said that the heating the electric windows work without the keys in the ignition. So something is draining the battery. My central locking isn’t working with the key fob so can only open manually. Any advice at all what could be causing this. I did hear when I last stopped when lights were still ok some kind of mechanical whirling noise which stopped when I turned lights off.

Hi to find the Toyota Yaris's headlamp relay, look for code H-LP/AMT Relay on a diagram. You should be able to find it in the small relay box found under the bonnet. Cheers.

Hi the speakers dont have there own fuses so it most likely a bad wire connection.. or somtimes the speaker itself blows. Id try pulling the radio out and checking all the speaker connections. See if that helps and let me know. Cheers.

In case you still haven't found the answer (i doubt it but either way i'm gonna share my experience for others) Freeze the video at 2:59. You can see a black plastic thing under the cyan fuse in the middle. You push it down gently and you remove the cover. Beneath it, there are many small fuses. You are looking for the CIG fuse. I think it's a 15 amber fuse. I hope i helped.

Hi doesnt sound like the fuse as I would not work atall once it goes. It could just be a bad connection or earth on the raido wiring. If you can try pulling the radio out and check everything is connected right. Hope this helps.

Hi Fuse 5, 13,14 and 21 are all related to the display and instrument panel, so check those first, im not sure its that as these fuses are for other things as well, so you would have a lot of problems not just the display, it could be the light or bulbs that light up the display have gone, try shining a torch on the display to see if you can still see it, if yes its the light for the display, if no the digital unit itself has proberley broke. hope this helps a bit.

Hey, as for the key if it closes it ok it's probably a faulty key fob or the button to unlock, try first changing the batteries I the fob and give it a good clean as much as you can, if still no joy it's a new fob for that. The window could be a bad motor or just a fuse, does it make a clicking sound still when you press the button, there is one fuse for both front windows so if the drivers still works it's the motor, bad connection or faulty button, and check the button on drivers side that locks the other windows isn't on. The brake light check the bulb first, and all the other bulbs as one can affect others sometimes, the brake light fuses should be on a little fuse board under the steering wheel, I've just found this out myself. Any idea where they hid the indicator relay? It's supposed to be on the interior fusebox behind the glovebox. The online manuals show 3 relays at the bottom of the board, and the indicator relay is supposed to be the one on the right. On my car (and yours, it seems) there's a cable plugged in instead. Hi sounds like there could be a bad connection somewhere. Making the computer think you have a bulb out. Try checking around the headlights check wiring and every bulb. After this look up how to do a dashboard reset. It’s usually a combination of turning the ignition off and on and pressing a pedal. Hope this helps.
