Thanks for the video I wanted to ask, how are you finding the video and live streaming quality? When I watch the live stream the video is really quite bad, it's really fuzzy I watch it on the IPSpy/Agent DVR desktop software and it's definitely using the 1920x1080p stream, but it's like I'm watching through a window screen.

Hi, there is only digital zoom, so 8th floors seems quite high maybe not best. Night vision won't work through windows either.

It has motion tracking, meaning it will follow the person! Heard initial firmware didn't support this feature but latest update does it at version 1.3.11 for the camera.

Thanks, had a similar situation when setting up another camera. We tried two different phones, worked on but not the other. Think was due the WiFi bandwidth as 1st phone was on 5ghz and other was 2.4ghz which worked.

Reset camera and try again. Also cam only support 2.4ghz. I doubt it supports WPA3, try older but less secure WPA2 wifi encryption
