This needs to be an Instagram challenge. That's where all of the USPSA shooters hang out! Nice shooting Rossen!

The Gripster Challenge is a general marksmanship drill equally good for defensive or competition training. It provides metrics for the efficiency of your grip/stance.

Your training is top notch, probably the best pistol training there is. The issue is that you need to get a grip on how you bring your content out to build the channel. You need to engage the audience. So either with a bigger channel or your own videos. You don't need huge amounts of people but those that stick around bringing subscribers that interact with each video and pollinate others to grow it. I know this is just what you had before to gain some traction. Add a date when this challenge is over...run it for a month. Gather feedback and have someone in the comments that interacts with those that take the challenge and talk some through the issues if that's even possible. A few pointers go a long way. Then when you got around 50k-100k subscribers and do live stream Q&As you add a small paywall everyone is willing to spent that little to join a membership on your channel. This also creates those that come to multiple classes and meet each other at the events. The other is to have something to win. That doesn't have to be a 1 on 1 class, that can be a video conference for 45 minutes of video conference of one of your top instructors. This here is just a challenge of many, drills of many that just floats around. Alone asking the question "Can you bring down the current Tactical Performance Center record for xyz-drill?' | The Gripster!-Challenge". With the Legacy of Ron Avery, make sure that the video footage is available on a usb stick to purchase world wide. You have classes in european countries too, so make sure they can get the most out of classes with that footage. I write all of this cause I want you to succeed. Another approach would be to do a full video series besides that with a total new gun owner including 2-3 body types to branch of a bit. That gives a video series that people don't want to miss. After you taught the guy/girl/AH-64, have someone follow them on their first match or a follow up what they bought and what classes they took. You got full classes but you guys deserve much more exposure. The first thing in your video description should be the link to your homepage. Lessons here: - url - So even when someone doesn't extend the description the link is visible and lowers the bar to get there. Don't create a own hashtag, add it to pistol challenges/drills in general and use multiple ones to get more exposure. Keep in mind that most of your audience isn't on twitter. What happens the least and helps the most is sharing a video. So combine that as rule to take part to win a prize. People who come to your classes love your classes and you got a lot of one liner testimony of that. Make that into video testimonies including their previous skill, what they got out of it and what are the results afterwards. Offer a discount on the next class or some merchandise.
