I do not attend TPCC but have viewed part 3 of this series. I am commenting here because comments have been turned off on the part 3 post. I am in total support of the message that was delivered. I believe it was scripturally sound and in line with a Godly belief. God's word will never be fully accepted by the world. But I do find it troubling members of a church will be so offended by the word. Even to the point of walking out and speaking out against part 3. People have replaced what is godly with their own philosophical worldly views that when the 2 edge sword is put into play, the weak in faith become outraged. You cannot hold back speaking truth to a world that must hear it! Thank you.

What an incredible message. I have dear friends who are wonderful Christians, but when it comes to politics, they bully and make fun of the other party. I don't understand this, it cant be pleasing to God. God is on the throne, and he already knows what's going to happen. I'm going to share this, and I pray every Christian listens. God bless you, pastor. I'm from Columbus, In and dear sweet friend ask me to listen to you. I'm so glad I did.

DISAGREEMENT ….thats such a HUGE understatement, i would go so far as to say an insult to our CREATOR..our GIVER OF LIFE…. i’m sorry, but nobody is going to convince me that Jesus would ever align himself with the Democratic Party views, i.e. murdering and mutilating, gods unborn children, redefining his own creation of what a family is redefining the two sexes that he said, male and female, let them be fruitful and multiply, that he clearly stated he made Adam and Eve. I was so looking forward to hearing Le sermons with anticipation that someone would have the courage and the wisdom to share the truth and love and yet again I’m let down by this pastor well intended, not having the courage to take a scriptural stand.

The truth is that no one is for mutilating unborn children. Anyone saying anyone is for that is lying. Likewise, no one is for killing a mother when the pregnancy is killing the mother. Anyone that tells the other side that republicans are for killing mothers is also being lied to. I believe Jesus knows what both sides believe. That is what the pastor is saying. Please hear that part of the message. Also as evangelical believers we should meet people where they are at and bring them to Christ. That also means we have to seek first to understand. Truly understand. Many politicians have hired consultants to manipulate algorithms in social media to focus on trigger words and phrases. I believe that is why so many believe they “know” what democrats believe and “know” what republicans believe without really talking one on one with each other

And another thing, I think it is a copout to label things as “politics“ when very, very clearly they are matters of the heart and matters of where a person has spiritually, either aligned with God‘s word or aligned with Satan. This man, the well intended is over simplifying and trying to keep peace at any price, which there is no peace when you pay a price by watering down the truth so you are not called to take a true stand to affect, those that are misguided… I stand that there is no true born again Christian that can be pro abortion, and pro read definition of God’s term/definition of marriage
