Making the parliaments sessions joke as if no other important matters to discuss is ridiculous. Not sure they were acting. Kunchok Yarphel if I am not wrong. He was saying to public, if you public get disturbed by the way they behave in the session, then it’s public matters and སྡུག་རྐྱོང་རེད། Knowing public don’t like the way you guys behave and talk in the session and still continue, when you loose vote next time, it will be your turn and feel སྡུག་རྐྱོང། That time too late.
