It's hard to answer that question because the answer depends on many different factors. I would say it will take around few thousand hours to become really advanced, but probably less time if your first language is more similar to English. I recommend listening to and then reading more and more content that is both interesting and highly understandable for you. As you improve you will be able to do more and more things in English such as learn about things that interest you in English. You will also find more and more opportunities to communicate with people in English. So while it can take a lot of time, you can enjoy a lot of that time and learn many other things besides English in that time!
