Carding: Disadvantage I see in existing- Hooked fibers in card sliver, Trash in Card sliver. Solution I propose- Adopting compact system concept in carding.

am a mechanic in a facility that uses Trutzschler Dk903 carding machines (not too different from the ones in the video) As long as PMs and cleanings are regular and the operators don't rotate the Cylinder in reverse by hand, you shouldn't have any major issues.
