Rene Werner, CEO of Trützschler Brazil, talks about the benefits for Trützschler to be present locally in Brazil and the development of Curitiba.
“When I first came to Curitiba in 1982, there were 1.3 million residents.
Meanwhile, the population has grown to two million. In my opinion, Curitiba is one of the most beautiful and livable cities in Brazil.
Even though it is an industrial city, there are a lot of green areas and parks. We are only 100 km from the coast and the port. This is also important for the company.
Our customers appreciate the fact that we manufacture locally and have a physical presence here. This allows us to always respond very quickly to customer requests.
Marco Zanon about the customer service:
"I believe, which is very remarkable in our job and it´s call attention of our customers, is the speed that we can do our job here. Usually we can do some repairing in 24 hours after the quotation price is approved and also the quality of our service. That has been enhanced all over the time.
We are always up to date with the German content and the German expertise. That is always our goal when we are doing our job here in Brazil. This is one of the main factors, that I think, is very approved by our customers and is very solid concerning our service in Brazil."
