This was amazing! I have been looking at Pan Am 103 lately for some reason and came upon this video. Thank God for the investigators and how they solved the case with the smallest items linked to big fish.

Sorry to say but evidence was forged and witnesses committed perjury by claiming the timer fragment were the same as those sold to Libya. It’s time to admit the conviction is unsafe and the investigation needs to start all over again- because the police and the FBI botched up badly.

Not in this lifetime. Just like with the JFK assassination and 9/11, the truth is bound to remain hidden possibly forever. The only files they declassified in the JFK assassination ( and this is likely to happen with 9/11 too) were those files they ( by "they" i mean the so-called higher-ups) deemed "suitable" for the public to see and that's after they were pressed to do so by various organizations or people such as Olivet Stone. Let's not forget the shockwave Oliver Stone's "JFK' sent through congress back in '91 and still the most sensitive information pertaining to the assassination is locked away until 2029 and possibly even a lot furrher after 2029. 9/11 is likely to suffer the same "fate" as well as the Lockerbie crash, since it is strongly believed that it was also orchestrated by outside factors. Like Jack Ruby said in the movie "JFK" "it's a mystery wrapped inside an enigma".

@@jamesross1799Marquise knows the timer fragment was a forgery with a different tin coating - NOT the same coating as the Libyan timers. This proves Megrahi was innocent. He knows that Morag Kerr has proved the bomb was placed at Heathrow. The evidence of this was KNOWN to police in 1991. the evidence has collapsed and the only reason Megrahi has not been exonerated is POLITICAL. Marquise needs to admit this for the sake of the victims families who need to be told the police got it wrong - and half the stuff he says here is misleading - have the balls to admit you got it wrong

one small remark: he says the plane gets off the ground at 6:25 (true after a 25-minute delay) and explodes at 6:25. Wrong, the plane went down half an hour into the trip from London to New York at approximately 7:02. already at 7:02:50 ATC lost contact with the plane.

People need to take a much closer look at that so called cockpit section of the 747. Not in 100M years is that real. The plane blew (the claim) at 31,000 feet? What this chunk floated down at 5 miles per hour?? Really?? Yeh sure it did. Bodies laying out in fields not even strapped to chairs? 200,000 pounds of Avgas and the road did not burn or the rest of the village?? A crime scene and locals are driving past without police closing off the area?? Shall I continue??

38 minutes is th exact time a barometric bomb made by Marwan Kreesat for the Palestinian terror group fhe PFLP-GC would explode. 8 minutes it takes to reach pressure change and trigger the timer which ran for 30 minutes. 8+30 minutes was the exact time that the bomb exploded- we know that a 5th bomb in a Toshiba radio went missing from the German cell and was never recovered. We know the bomb was placed at Heathrow and was seen and described by John Bedford he even described it as a brown Samsonite hard shell suitcase. He described where it was placed on the bottom layer of luggage - he even stated it was placed flat with the handle facing AWAY from them- that is really important because the bomb was enclosed on the LEFT side of the case so that it was right against the side of the container- against the hull of the plane and yet it still only made a small hole in the plane. Had the case been facing the other way it’s probable that the plane would not have exploded. Bedford described All these details before the police even knew what the bomb case looked like. Also his two colleagues also said they saw this case. But this case was added while Bedford was on his tea break and the container was unguarded. All 3 said they didn’t place it there. I can only imagine the guilt they must have felt because they didn’t say something at the time and removed the case for x-raying - if they had then 270 victims would have been saved - I couldn’t forgive myself if I had done this Security at Heathrow was non existent - over 700 security passes were lost or were forgeries. This compared to Malta which had the strictest security in the world - according to the FAA report in 1988. The prosecution admitted that they could not even suggest how a case could be sneaked on a plane at Malta without leaving a trail of evidence and the judges called this “a major problem for the prosecution” no kidding ! the records at Malta show that NO unaccompanied bag was on that flight. just the 55 bags that were legitimately booked in and x-rayed - AND guarded by the military who had bomb detection sniffer dogs -and nobody could be admitted airside who didn’t belong there. The bomb definitely was placed at Heathrow and was seen by 3 loaders this was over an hour before the feeder flight from Frankfurt had even landed. We must overturn this conviction and start to do a proper investigation and ADMIT to the families of the 270.victims that they got it wrong.

What a load of absolute BS. The Libyans had nothing whatsoever to do with the bombing of this aircraft. Pan Am 103 was Iranian payback for Iran Air 655. The US Navy shot down Iran Air 655 four days before Eid Al Adha, the sacred feast marking the end of the Haj, and Pan Am 103 was was blown out of the sky four days before Christmas. Mr Ahmed Jibril and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine General Command were congratulated on a job well done by the Iranian government and several million US dollars were also deposited into their Swiss bank account as payment. One of the so called Libyan bombers was acquitted of all charges and of the other one who was convicted, one Scottish judge refused to convict and of the other two Scottish judges who did, one stated that he was not 100% convinced of the suspects guilt. Anyone who is stupid enough to believe that Libya was responsible for this bombing must also believe that the Iraqis had weapons of mass destruction and the Taliban were guilty of helping Al Qaeda bring down the World Trade Center towers. This guy is just spruiking pure US government BS, end of story.

The bomb bag was seen at Heathrow airport before the Frankfurt flight arrived in the same container and a brown samsonite suitcase as was known to have been involved. Almost certainly Iran and PFLP-GC

100% agree. Was doing my own digging into it because of few smoking guns and came to very same conclusion. All the evidence pointed to Iranian and Palestinian involvement. Of course the US gvt. wouldn't mention gun hoe trigger happy captain who caused the whole mess and should have been jailed immediately for his actions. That would open up a whole can of worms about how the US navy conducted themselves in the area at the time. Also the fact of so many empty seats on that flight considering it was only a few days before major holiday triggered my interest.

Links and proof? (And yes -- when I woke up this morning -- I pissed away more knowledge about Pan Am 103 than you will ever know). It's funny how people constantly have things to say about the US government -- (and right now I get with idiot Trump getting ready to embarrass us again for 4 more years) -- most of the free countries would be decidedly NOT free -- if it wouldn't be for our help. So -- maybe you need to keep your damn mouth shut about the US Government. Every government in the world has/does/will continue to do things that are a little shady. Maybe we should quit helping whatever country that you come from -- if we leave -- you are probably going to get your ass kicked quickly. With that said -- there is slightly (and I mean slightly) more evidence that speaks to Libya over Iran. What you failed to address in your rambling diatribe of crap -- is that Libya had also bombed targets rich with American troops, civilians, etc before this happened (they actually started earlier -- then sent a few F-111's over and blew some places up -- then this happened afterward). So -- what happened with the Vincennes could have certainly led to Iran's involvement -- but ... Libya had still been targeting us just a little bit more (and yes -- I am aware of Iran and their hate for us -- and all the things that happened up until this point). With that said -- there is still more that points to Libya than Iran. If you want to go toe to toe --- go ahead and list all of your Iranian proof. Then I will rebut everything that you can come up with more evidence that Libya spear headed this shitshow.

The forensic photographs labelled PP8932 were all taken by me. The piece of circuitboard was ringed by a red circle was not tiny. It was much larger than the circuitboard fragment photographed on Allen Feraday’s finger. Please do not embellish a presentation with nonsense when it is about such a serious offence.

Except the Gauchi witness was flawed and paid off by the US, with huge statement inconsistencies. And the circuit fragment was not from the mebo timers sent to Libya because the circuit segment had inconsistent metal content. The Americans know what went on at Lockerbie and it’s almost certainly a miscarriage of justice and Iran / PFLP-GC cell involvement. the bomb Samsonite suitcase went on at Heathrow and was seen in a container when an airport baggage worker came back from his break, if you read Morag Kerr’s book. It did not go on at Malta into Frankfurt from the feeder flight.

I agree. People who have studied this case, know the truth. In 1988, 6 months before the bombing, Iran Air flight 655 was shot down in the Persian Gulf by a U. S. aircraft carrier. The day after the bombing, the PFLPGC, notified a media outlet and stated that it was revenge for the shoot down They need to stop covering up the truth. 😮

I have a birthday every day. Former Pan Am employee since 11.04.88. In Frankfurt cto. On this day 21.12.1988 I had late shift (1125 to 2000). My colleague didn't show up so from 1900 to 2000 I was alone and one minute someone called who wanted to call to my boss but I didn't had his number, He claimed that he knew who was responsible

Both Richard Marquise and [unqualified] FBI laboratory scientist, Thomas Thurman have serious question-marks surrounding the integrity of their work. Indeed in Thurman's case, he was completely discredited and removed from the Lockerbie investigation. [among other transgressions, he was found to have been repeatedly altering the senior FBI investigator's - Dr Whitehurst - official notes without Dr Whitehurst's knowledge or permission. Incidentally, it was Thurman that identified the infamous circuit board 'fragment' as being part of a Mebo MST-13 timer*. [This is still the only real piece of evidence connecting Libya with the bombing of PanAm103]. He made this decidedly tenuous connection by comparing PHOTOGRAPHS of fragments recovered from previous bombings, such as in Togo in 1986 and Senegal in 1988, that were attributed to the Libyans. [hardly an orthodox 'scientific' approach for such an important piece of evidence and in such a major international investigation]. *Ex-CIA agent, explosives expert, and a member of the Lockerbie investigation team, Robert Baer, has roundly condemned Thurman's assertion that a normal timer-controlled device would have been used. [to have set a specific time for a bomb to detonate aboard a plane that was travelling at the busiest time of year, in the most unpredictable weather conditions and that would very likely be subject to countless delays was simply ridiculous in Baer's opinion. Baer also argues that the FBI investigator's claim that the bomb was 'introduced' on a flight emanating from Malta was totally unfeasible as the bomb would have been screened by three separate airport security systems - Malta, Frankfurt and Heathrow. Indeed Baer countered by saying that as an explosives expert himself, the best time to introduce a bomb aboard an airplane would be at its last departure point - ie: Heathrow. [Heathrow is where Dr Jim Swire, Martin Cadman - whose daughter and son respectively, died on PanAm103 - and a number of other critics of the 'Malta connection' have long insisted that the bomb was loaded onto PanAm103]. In addition, Baer who is obviously very knowledgeable on the modus operandi of Middle-eastern terrorist groups - including bomb-makers such as the PFLP-GC's Ahmed Jibril, Abu Nidal and Marwen Khreesat - knew that they always preferred barometric [air-pressure] timers which could be set to a specific altitude. This was usually around 30,000ft - the normal cruising altitude of commercial aircraft. The bomb onboard PanAm103 detonated at 31,000ft. Baer has since been quite scathing on America's [and especially its intelligence and security services] attitude toward Iran. Following Lockerbie, he famously stated - ''(Iran) thought that if they didn't retaliate against the United States, we would continue to shoot down their civilian airliners. If you don't understand that, you don't understand Lockerbie''. In truth, the anomalies and highly concerning inconsistencies over this 'mystical' piece of evidence are nothing short of staggering. The focus of this video - retired FBI officer Richard Marquise [who is still to this day, totally convinced that one non-descript Libyan - Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed al-Megrahi - was solely responsible for blowing up an aircraft, killing all 259 passengers onboard as well as a further 11 residents of Lockerbie] actually admitted that - "without the timer fragment we would have been unable to develop additional evidence against Libya''. Even more bizarrely, Marquise stated on numerous occasions during interviews with the media that the 'magical' timer fragment - was the only piece of evidence ever brought to America. However, Lord Fraser [Scottish Lord Advocate and Procurator fiscal] disagreed saying he would have had to authorise the handing over of this crucial piece of evidence to the FBI and he had not done so. Subsequently, Marquise - prompted by Scottish Detective Chief Superintendent, Stuart Henderson - was later 'persuaded' into recanting this claim, saying that the "fragment never came to the US''. [in the actual media interview where Marquise states this, Henderson - who obviously thought the recording had ended - can be clearly heard saying: "This could bring an end to the appeal. If the Crown knew that this was all going to be heard in public, they may well drop their opposition to the appeal and Megrahi goes free. That's how fucking important it is. This could bring the Scottish judicial system and the FBI into fucking complete disrepute, and frankly they would not want this linen to be washed in public!" The Lockerbie investigation is a total disgrace and has long been argued by numerous authoritative and eminent academics, politicians and public figures - such as Nelson Mandela, Scottish Professor of Law Robert Black [who was the 'architect' of Megrahi's trial in the Netherlands] official UN trial observer Dr Hans Kochler, not to mention members of the families of the British victims as well as the Megrahi family - as 'one of the worst miscarriages of justice in British legal history'. To further emphasise how the American [and British] governments and their respective intelligence agencies [such as the CIA and FBI] had a clear agenda to pervert the course of justice in order to 'cover up' the CIA's sinister 'drugs for intelligence' covert operations with Iran and the extremely suspicious deaths of US Army Major Charles 'Chuck' McKee and his fellow officers, Matthew Gannon, Daniel O'Connor and Ronald Lariviere - it has very recently been admitted by the Iranian government** that they were responsible for the Lockerbie bombing. **This was as a result of the criminally incompetent shooting down of Iran Airlines flight 655 by the US$3 billion Ticonderoga-class guided missile cruiser, USS Vincennes [which was equipped with the 'Aegis combat system' - the most advanced of it's type at that time]. In revenge for the senseless killing of the 290 Iranian pilgrims en route to Islam’s holiest city of Mecca on flight 655 - the Iranian government agreed a US$10M contract with the Ahmed Jibril-led terrorist group, 'Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine - General Command' [PLFP-GC] to bomb 5 American airplanes. This action was code-named ‘Operation Intekam’ - which translated into English means ‘equal and just revenge’. Instead of feeling proud and praising the FBI - you should be ashamed.
