I kinda saw this coming because Mello was getting down rapping the main chorus to ten toes down in the video where they did the first nitrous pass in the race truck just had no clue Gavin was anywhere in the songs but I love this album they have produced. the beat was posted here on yt under the name 'insomnia' by producer encore. the intro/hook part and the lyrics came with the beat so i guess that part was composed and written by the producer. the video got removed a couple of days ago though so there might have been some issues with more than one person leasing the beat with non-exclusive rights. or it was just removed because someone bought the exclusive rights. tl;dr - nobody stole anything probably since the beat was publicly available for anyone to buy with non-exclusive or exclusive rights. the intro/hook came with the beat, it was not composed by this artist or any other artist who used the beat.
