\+ratso69ful​, she's playing an omnichord, which I can only guess is something near or in the family of the harpsichord. Hadn't seen this video in a long while. It has captivated me since first viewing because both Tracey & Ben appear animated and relaxed. Quite the contrast to how they appeared circa 1996-97 touring for 'Acoustic' (think that's right); the one and only time I've seen them perform live, and in the States on The University of Texas at Austin​ campus, no less. I was agog the whole time watching, listening to them perform in an intimate auditorium, densely filled, wishing I could suspend that moment for, well, an _Eden_. They'd been through so much at the time: Ben's illness and I only learnt of Tracey's long battle with live performing and stage fright recently. Explains why I felt like putting my arms round them, ushering them to safety and free flowing air. Understandably, there are reasons Tracey - aside from raising a family, continuing to record, and penning two books - hasn't performed live in 15 years. Hearing EBTG live; touching Tracey's arm, seeing her shyly smile at me as the couple walked up the center aisle toward the exit is a moment I will never forget. There are other performers who've affected me in some deeply personal way, but it's Tracey's unrivaled lyrical stylings that have been a source of inspiration, reflection, and impishly cynical humour through many bad and good times over the years. Forgive the long homage. It was overdue! (=
