The very first sounds video I looked up on KZbin was for crinkling paper (specifically tissue paper, which is how I eventually found you!). I've come to love a whole bunch of different sounds since 2016, but man. Nothing beats paper. (Except scissors. Badum-chh)

Emma, would you consider doing a video without tapping? I have OCD, and when I start to spiral or feel anxious, one of my biggest compulsions is tapping. I unfortunately associate tapping with significant OCD stress. When I hear it, the sound gets stuck in my head where it repeats again and again, and I quickly get very anxious. You are so calm, soft-spoken, and comforting that your videos are my go-to, and I just attempt to skip the tapping bits, lol. I would eternally appreciate, though, if you were able to do one without tapping! Thank you for all the love you put into your videos. Xoxo

💜 Hello my lovely sweet Emma 💜 I hope you’re doing well. We just had a little thunderstorm earlier. Had a good downpour so my garden definitely got watered by Mother Nature today, lol. I also accidentally stepped on a bee and got stung earlier today but I’m fine. I got the photos I wanted of some dark clouds at least. My brain is refusing to sleep and I think it's because I decided to apply to a better job, and I'm just... Comfortable in knowing my job now and it's fear of the unknown. Wow, u are so zen 💚 in RL I'd do the transfer with charcoal/transfer paper underneath, but this way is so satisfying to watch. 💚

How do you do it the way you said?

@@HowAboutAHug U put a sheet of carbon paper/transfer paper on a normal paper sheet and UNDER the picture u want to copy and then u draw the lines with a little pressure. The old receipt books work like that. Maybe u work with a simple printer copy of the picture, because depending on the pencil/pen/stick u use to copy and the little pressure u need u might see your lines on it. Like she did, u can make a sheet of transfer/coal paper on ur own with rubbing coal or a smooth pencil on a sheet of (thin) paper or just the back side of the original.

@@pollyester7834 So if I’m understanding correctly, the transfer sheet is on top of a regular sheet of paper that’s underneath the image you want to trace. So the image is the very first layer, if you will? It’s kinda like reverse engineering, no?
