Hello everyone, i really love being done with this project, has been over 2 months. But im very glad how it turned out and i hope you enjoy / enjoyed the video! Also, I forgot to point out that igntul did the first 10s of the map as he tased a kacky track with the exact same start

this is a very sick run obviously but this really shows how incredible the sector record is, the main time save by far is the start shortcut to cp 2, you reach the cp with 18 secs while the sectur run does with 36 so that means that theyve only lost 9 seconds on the other 4 minutes without any bruteforce, savestates or slowmotion, just pure skill driving, absolutely insane (this tas is absolutely insane too tho :D)

Wow, this is insane. In addition to all the epic barrel rolls and iconic skips, my favorite parts are the little skips, like how at 3:43 you land on the slopes ledge and save a ton of speed. This run is epic!

While that's sorta true its also not because there is an absolute maximum time that is possible in Trackmania, so there is always a limit. We just may never find it.

I mean yes for humans, even with tas. Perhaps if you gave a computer this track and made it compute literally every single input possible at every millisecond or however low trackmainia goes, then you would reach the absolute max if trackmainia is truly deterministic like everyone says (I don’t follow the devs or even play the game myself, just watch a fair bit of TM content. So I’m not sure if the devs themselves have ever stated that the game is deterministic.) Sadly there isn’t a computer out there powerful enough to actually do that in a realistic time frame, and even if there is, it is probably doing far more “important” (importance is subjective) calculations.

Hello, great job, really! But that is not completely fair to point out that is not fair to use noseboost and just wreck the first CP in a few seconds after the start. Also, the last 3 CPs also kinda nealy impossible to perform on the human run in one session - so, what is the point then? There are just a few tricks you did not find then to optimize your run, but once gain - great job overall.

This is my opinion, but for such a well made track with an outstanding history i wanted to make a tas that does the checkpoints in the correct order without completely and utterly destroying it with going 999 speed at every moment, for me that is not rewarding. Also if you read the beginning of the video, you should have cought that i said "As a challenge i decided to tas this", and noseboosting is not challenging for me compared to this. But yeah, if you want the track noseboosted you have every opportunity in the world.
