TrackMania Turbo Trailer

TrackMania Turbo features an easy-to-learn, hard-to-master, arcade racing universe with time attack gameplay, where players set their own limits and challenges. The game revolves around an exhilarating combination of matchbox car fantasy and massive scale, focused on the pursuit of the perfect run around the track.
The latest installment in the TrackMania franchise developed by Nadeo, a Ubisoft studio, will be released on the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system, Xbox One and Windows PC on March 25, 2016.

In the footage where the engine is disabled, the beeping sound reminds me of modern cars notifying you when your seatbelt isn't fastened. It's nice, perfect even.

In every TrackMania game the max speed you could drive at was 1000 KMH, which is 621.4 MPH. To be honest I'd be more concerned about the g-force endured in these kinds of races, especially when traveling so fast and suddenly hitting a loop or a jump.
