I'm used to hearing the voice of Andrea, but now I'm amazed to find out that Sharon and Caroline have a wonderful voice also !!!

I've probably watched the several different versions of the live performance of this song 150 times and it makes my eyes misty EVERY time. While Andrea mesmerized everyone, it was Sharon who rocked my world. But, in this instance, Caroline is so sweet and vulnerable when she comes from behind the drums to sing this masterpiece with her sister during the Lansdowne concert. One of the best live performances of any song I've ever seen.

I agree. Their voices blend with such a sweet clarity. Caroline gets a chance to shine on this one. In fact I found this so moving and was much younger then I got a crush on her. Oh to be young again. Mind you how often do we hear songs of this calibre in todays modern world. Good ol youtube for re can go back in time and listen to great pieces from our past.

Hence the line 'And your heart is Amelia dying to fly' beyond this it is about your dreams and ambitions overriding your hardships and fears and identifying 'heaven' through both earthly and heavenly insights. Heaven being more than the cliche for example seeing it in another's eye. It also has hints of deep love and hope.. Well that's my take anyway.

I think Andrea's voice has more range, but Sharon's voice is a lot more soothing and more pleasant. I wished Sharon and Caroline had more solo part in their albums..

I agree with other posters that all three of the Corrs women have great voices, slightly distinct from one another, but in harmony just sublime. But it wouldn't have worked to rotate the lead singing job, from a business perspective, because to promote the band you have to focus on something, in this case Andrea. And if you have heard her wail the word "heart" in "Bring on the Night," you can see she grew into the role. I think the Corrs, all four, are fabulous and as a group fabulous squared.
