@manuelalmendarez2232 Жыл бұрын
They need to give the woman a break.its like turning against someone that suddenly stops giving you free stuff.bad things happen to these athletes physically and even personally .and that knee injury she talks about will turn the best sprinters into average or less than average sprinters.i had no idea sprinters developed kneee injury and all these other injuries as in other sports and its sad to see all their years of hard work just go to waste.its emotiinally and physically hard on them.i may be mistaken about the leg injury but i think thats what i heard.we will see if she can recover and be the old elaine because noone on the planet can beat her when she is healthy.and she still young.
@stevie586 Жыл бұрын
@@manuelalmendarez2232 anyone can get a knee injury, and sprinters are more prone to have one given we use extreme force pounding into the ground for faster speed. That’s very hard on the joints, and many of our top sprinters have them. Shelly claims to have one right now also.

Weather ETH made the team this season to Budapest or not. She will remain a champion and an all out Tripple Double treat for 2024 in Paris. Just love her and encourage her to keep climbing over those life hurdles. The only fall that is an actual defeat is when you do not put effort into rising again. She was not running and I felt so sad Just seeing her on the field I did not want to watch the video just any time. I waited until this evening to really take her in. Trust me there is something more to this that track and field With all threes disappointments and obstacles she is having. The Lord is at work With faith out of nothing came something precious She is not even talking about world championships Step by step she said she wants to qualify at trials Then, Then, Then 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 God be with you Elaine

This video makes me extremely emotional. Although American, Elaine has been my favorite female since 2015. I am seeing here she feels how I felt when I quit track…everything just seemed overwhelming, and I can relate to many things she’s expressing. I love the positivity, maturity, and wisdom in her words…she is trusting that she has the ability to do well despite apparent signs of mental depression affecting her right now. Also, sadly, I’m guessing she’s not gonna be a factor for the podium this year. 11.23 with good wind behind her and so soon to the trials is a bad sign. I’m sure she can run faster with more competition, but, can she run fast enough? Furthermore, hearing she is really trying hard is worrisome. I don’t think it is the coach change that’s bothering her; it is something else. Thanks for this beautiful interview. I never realized I could love Elaine even more than I already do. She’s already achieved more than necessary and she’s still the fastest woman alive, and second fastest person in history! I love this woman!

My number 1 pick is actually the women’s 100. The field looks so level right now. With Shelly already having her ticket and Shericka being the only one of the big 3 that’s been active this season, the remaining 2 spots are wide open and all the other girls know there’s 2 spots up for grab cause it’s not one of those seasons where the big 3 have it locked
