Brilliant man. It seems to be a very technical track unlike many speed run tracks. All the best to you :). Practice practice practice 😁
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot man, yes it is technical and also a very high speed track though I wasnt really going at too high speeds in this video :D And practice practice hehe, I will run out of money if I do this regularly at Spa ;)

Totally, though the bike is capable of so much more than my skill level :) And maybe I will come to Le Mans next and meet MrKiddo on the way back ;)

I guess you had a great time!! This is my favourite track. I have the whole layout in memory. I guess playing games does have perks after all!😇
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Of course man, riding at an F1 track was on my wishlist for so long :D And hehe, games do have their advantages ;) I hadnt played any but had seen several videos to familiarize myself and man, the gopro wide angle view is so misleading! It makes it look easy on the video :) Also the Eau Rouge corner which looks like a small hill on videos actually looks like a mountain in real life :P

Beautiful track with the RR exhaust note, pure bliss :) I guess after a few more laps, you will hit the 299 mark on that straight section :P
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot you guys :) I have one more video coming up with faster laps. And 299 hehe, sadly that straight is a bit short to reach that speed in my stock trim. I did 262 later but then I really have to slam the brakes hard at the end :)

Not bad at all. A little bit safe riding in the twisties... but this circuit is very technical and a lot of F1 drivers love this circuit because of that reason. Must be a great experience and a full of fun for you :-)
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yeah I was cautious and within my limits mostly :) And I now know exactly why they love it so much :D That Eau Rouge is truly something! And this gopro footage doesnt show the real experience of riding there, helmet mount wouldve done a better job but they dont allow it sadly. And it was indeed a great experience, lot of fun and quite tiring :)
@Striple7 жыл бұрын
A sad thing that they don't allow helmet mount. You have to ride/drive on it for the real experience of those turns, and you did just that, AWESOME.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yes having that experience is exactly why I went there even though I knew getting the best out of this bike on that track is beyond my skill level :)
@NishanthNow7 жыл бұрын
Go there again! Video from another angle plss.. Lovely this is!
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Hehe, lets see if I can go again but I should ride at other smaller tracks too :) Maybe I will upload one full lap with just that leg angle :D And thank you saar!

@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Oh so it was you guys! :D Thanks mate, as for speed 241kmph -> 150mph and most of the other times it was around 60-120mph
@RidinCountry7 жыл бұрын
CodeNameABK can't imagine how that feels?? And you handled it like a pro! For real, anything over 75-79 mph on Rubes gets a little sketchy!! He's not a Milwaukee 8 HD.
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Thanks a lot man and oh I am far from pro :) Your Rubes can comfortably much miles for hours on highways which I cant ;)
@nandakumarraghavan99007 жыл бұрын
Brilliant stuff man.. you are living my dream.. :-) Taking Eau Rouge at 160 is just too good.. btw i guess it is not the full track? is it just one lap? I can still remember Kimi overtaking Fisichella in 2009 Belgium GP in Eau Rouge..
@shreedevi20057 жыл бұрын
Now do you agree? He is truly maashter of kaarnering! He's making me want to get a sport bike and go to the track. This is such cool stuff!!
@nandakumarraghavan99007 жыл бұрын
Of course.. I know he is true maashter in kaarnering during my Europe ride itself.. My Part 4 video shows the maashter while kaarnering with full luggage on his RR :-D - Btw, after watching his videos and riding his RR in autobahn I have decided my litre class will be a fully faired one and it could be RR itself.. :-)
@shreedevi20057 жыл бұрын
You didn't publish that video yet? I saw short footage of him on your previous one. You could also get a CBR1000RR or Yamaha R1, more service support for those bikes in India. Okay, he is maashter of kaarnering and I am going to train to become maashter of aafroad! LOL
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Both of you, thanks a lot guys :D @nanda, it is full track, you can check the map on top left corner. And that Eau rouge is like a mountain in real life :) @motonut, yes I am the maashter and all shall bow before me! :P Actually it is nothing man, you shouldve seen other riders that day :)

What instrument is used to display the map and speed on the left side for part of the video? By the way, awesome. I'm going to turn Bellary road into Spa track tonight. :p
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
It is a feature in GoPro Hero 5, it saves those telemetry data and we can overlay it while editing. And thank you sirjee :) Bellary road has some nice high speed straights ;)
@tunnelrider28117 жыл бұрын
Thats a really cool feature man!! Was wondering myself as well how u did it :p
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yes, its a nice feature on Hero 5. In this case, it neatly shows the map of the circuit and where I am at all time :)

Awesome! 👍 Next time go faster ;) I wonder how I would fair on track. 😁 How many laps do you get? What's the cost?
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Thanks man, I do have videos of slightly faster laps. I didnt have time to look for them yesterday :) This track day was supposed to be 5 sessions of 20 min each (which is the usual standard) but then they made it 7 sessions. At the end of each of those 20 min sessions, I would be tired and thirsty as hell :) It was around 15k INR per day as it is an F1 track. Regular tracks cost around 8k.
@prashb77 жыл бұрын
Ha ha.. I was just saying. :D Cool. Practice is key. I guess 15K for such a nice track is decent! I mean for the fun experienced it's definitely worth it. Have fun!
@CodeNameABK7 жыл бұрын
Yes practice is the key :) and indeed for the amount of fun and for that experience of being there, it was totally worth it. If you are close to Delhi, you should visit Buddh sometime (or other 2 tracks in down south), it will be unforgettable experience :)
