We're back at it again with one of our most extreme jobs to date! A tractor trailer crashes and is left hanging off the freeway, being held by the container that also caught fire. Miraculously, the driver survived by climbing out the cab and jumping down approximately 15 feet. Fire department worked quick to put out the fire, but needed our assistance to help contain the fire inside.
Once the fire was under control, my dad in Big Flipper (75ton rotator) and myself in Hulk (50ton rotator) worked together to clear the freeway before the morning rush. This job was difficult, but with the right equipment, teamwork and my dad's experience, we recovered everything safely and efficiently.
Video quality is a bit off from my normal productions due to the bad weather and not having the right camera settings dialed in prior to filming. Either way, I hope you enjoy my return to KZbin! Make sure to subscribe as I continue to publish new videos weekly again.

This is the answer to the question, "Why do I need to take physics? I'll never need that stuff!" Here, we have several physics concepts in action: mechanical advantage, hydraulics, center of gravity and vector action! Great job, guys!

That was the most dramatic and complicated KZbin video recovery I have seen so far. When I saw the condition of the tractor, I was amazed that the driver survived. It made me wonder how the Firefighters established what the trailer contained before pouring water into it. If it was full of those batteries that explode when wet, the explosion would have been big enough to kill you all and destroy the bridge. What we did not see was how you got the chains onto the tractor to lift it, or how the driver got out, unless he jumped out before it went over. Everyone of you involved did a wonderful job and should be proud of yourselves. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Obviously you haven't seen the videos that showed these events or seen the results of small batteries blowing holes in concrete the size of a football. I had forgotten the tense, difficult procedure required to recover this mess. Premiered Feb 5, 2021. This becomes one of my favorites. I think the cool thing is that one horrible mess was recovered as three manageable tasks. Again WOW. As I have said before, no other recovery channel even remotely compares with the content you provide. Great job, great video. great channel
