Hi Olly, per cent today, about 50% feeling emotionally low, guilty, On New Year’s Day fell down the last step of our stairs, (nothing to do with drink),into local A&E, broken left femur, waited three days for op, already recovering from total knee replacement, right knee, home after 10 days in hospital, feeling very ,very guilty for causing my lovely wife and family so much trauma and grief.
