Tractor/Truck Pulls! 2019 Arcola National Pull NTPA - Session 2

Hell yeah, day to is posted!! When I was a kid, the best part about day two was that they ran the two wheel drives! (Super Modified Two-Wheel Drivel ...and once again trauma it's awesome finally having good Arcola pulling coverage! I set it on the 1st or pull up video, this was always my favorite pull! (When I was little, Arcola used to have the likes of the Banter Brothers, as well as other 4, 5 or 6 engine super modified tractors, wish that was still the case! Anyway, thanks again for the awesome quality of content, video editing, etc.. and being able to cover SO many different tractor pulls!!

Those were drivers of the next class to run (Pro Stock Diesel 4x4 3.0 trucks) testing the track for soft and hard spots which helps them decide where they want to line up and run next.

some technical people around here? I see more turbocharged applications in american motorsports. If you would talk turbocharging 25 years ago you would be thrown out of the community ( i guess ). Today it looks different, i see it in tractorpulling more often on V8 engines. In dragracing its bigtime involved. Why is it so popular? I still think a supercharger like the roots blower still is king, better for multiple engine combo's because it is more practical for instance. Then for the power it delivers from low rpm on. Any tech guys share thoughts please.

A turbo doesn’t take horsepower to spin, like a blower would. A blower however, has way better low end power. There are not a whole lot of gas/alcohol guys turbocharging yet, but it looks like it’s starting to get bigger
