Am I right in thinking that the Ford 7000 was a turbo charged 5000.

To a point yes, but many alterations were made to strengthen the engine and other components to cope with the increase from 75 to 94hp, and the rear linkage was also enhanced, so it was more than just thai,t was its own turbocharged model
