Tim, I’ve left the stand down on my York rake and back blade. Using my 33R let’s just say I had to make a new leg because it didn’t faze the tractor. On my 2025R it’s much more noticeable when I leave it down. I find myself using the 25R more than I did the 33R.

Yes, true @exel lent, but….. as someone with a tractor, a gaggle of tractor attachments including a stump grinder….trailer… and truck to tow it, not every tractor owner needs yet another homeowner buddy that lacks tools, knowledge, money, or integrity to ever return a favor or understanding the value of your time including pre-job equipment prep, loading, travel, post-job, equipment expense from purchase to maintence, repairs, and insurance. No, I’m not in the business. But I now collect “reciprocal favors” pre-work from *cough* NEW buddies *end cough* that just happened to need some tractor work done. Sadly, I confused being a sucker for being a nice guy. Helped a sweet little old widow lady who turned around and was so ruthless to a friend, my days of being a sucker are over forever. I’ve got plenty of people in my life where we help each other. One big bad recent experience has left me jaded. I’m hoping time and prayer will heal my mental wounds. One thing is certain… Tractors do not run on _Thanks!_ 😂😅😢

@Doug Ales I agree. There's a little wiggle room for helping someone and turns out they were not so honorable. Personally, I would never expect someone to do what Tim did for nothing. I would pay a good price and he could do whatever he wanted with the cash. In the end, I would let God sort it out...which I've had to do before and use discernment on where to apply my goodwill appropriately.

Tim I see you left the pivot pin in the 1p24. Was that on purpose? It looks like it does a better job biting the stumps with the pin in than out. If it’s out I have more trouble with it sliding up over the stump as the angle of the cut isn’t parallel to the direction of travel.

Is the heavy duty brush guard on the front an aftermarket part? I could use that protection for my 2017 1025.

Hi Tim! Do you think the Baumalight 1P24 would do alright with larger stumps if you take your time and go slow? I have a project I want to do that involves taking down about 20 or so trees and I was thinking about getting a stump grinder for my 1026R but did know if it was worth it/if it could handle a couple larger stumps Thanks!

Are those about the same size as a kubota b2620? I have a 2620, I wouldn't want to go smaller, but I pick it over my kubota L3800 many times. Just hauled the 2620 to my MIL'S last weekend and spread 12 yards of crushed asphalt with it, only 30 or so to go lol. Have a great day guys.

Looks like you forgot to put the parking stand up on the tiller. I hate when I do things like that. I bent my top link last season when using the PTO tiller with my ROPS folded back. When i reached the end of the garden row and lifted the 3 point, it hit the ROPS and bent the top link. Hopefully you did no damage to your tiller. Great video as always Tim, thanks for sharing!

@@TractorTimewithTim I did now, sorry. I wish I had bought a different brand tiller. I bough the Sigma brand, Chinese made. It works okay, but the parking foot hits the depth shoe and the gearbox seal leaks a small bit. I need a good KZbin Channel to fund my toy purchases!! haha

Howdy Tim, speaking of vented front axles, I just found out that my Kioti ck2610 has a vented axle dipstick. Three plus years of ownership and never realized it. Happened to see a video on KZbin and went out and checked mine, and sure enough it is. Wonder why all axles are not vented 🤷‍♀️🤔. Keep videos coming.

I have the competitor that's "made in china". No problems what-so-ever. Interestingly, my cell phone which is considered one of the best available is also made in china. Might have something to do with what manufacturers refer to as "quality control".

Love my 1p24 that I bought last year. It became the first implement to pay for itself out of all the implements that I got with my tractor purchase. I’m not going to lie I’m a bit salty about the price drop… I should have waited a year but as saying goes “hind sight 20/20”. Last year all the dealers around me wanted $4000+ for this unit…

Hi Tim, I have a question I have the Baumalight stump grinder that you have 1P-24 and I was wondering if you have ever ground your teeth sharp again . can you make a video on how to do it . Plus which of the grinding stones you would need. Like the green cup ceramic? . I am sure there’s a lot of us that would like to be able to grind our own carbides instead of having to send them out to be professionally ground. Thanks, Rick.

My front seal leaked when the garage warmed up this spring. There was definitely pressure built up when I opened the OEM valve stem. It hasn't leaked since. I did order the Otis stem to hopefully avoid creating a permanent leak. Just haven't found time to install it yet.

Great video as per usual. I have a woodland mills stump grinder on order, it will be interesting to see if I can find a made in China tag on it. On the same subject,Baumalight is a Canadian company. I have no issues with that,I plan on purchasing one of their tree saws.

I took the skid shoes off my tiller because of the grooves they left. They do not work for the function they were designed for in loose or already tilled dirt anyway. It is much better now.

One of the reasons I watch your channel is the product updates for John Deere tractors. I also have a 4520 that has an intermittent pinion leak on the front axle. I bought a seal and then it stopped leaking, so I never put it in. It was probably just because it was exceptionally hot the day it leaked. I always wondered if that could be the cause. Needless to say, I bought the vented dip stick for it before your video was even over and I bet that will fix the issue. Love this channel, Thanks Tim and Christy!!

The attachments are what make the tractor useful. It is indeed a cost of doing business. Applicable attachment will save you time and do a better job foe the customer. …and it is a one time expense.
