I think she did great! Of course I was expecting Rose to stop her or mop the floor with her but I gave Tracy the last round. Tracy looked the strongest and landed the harder shots in the 5th round. I had the fight Rose 4 to Tracy 1. Tracy was preparing to fight Maverick who has turned out to be a disappointment. Rose wasn't on the radar for Tracy as Tracy had been fighting a lot lower competition. For Tracy it was two week notice fighting at high altitude against a fighter that lives and trains at high altitude in the same place they are fighting. Tracy was also fighting a two time former champ that is still in her prime. Rose KO'd hall of famer Joanna and then beat her again. Rose KO'd the current champ Weili and later beat her again. Plus Tracy's toe was a balloon! Good showing by Tracy hopefully her cut heals up and she can make it to Noche UFC.

Cortez had to cut her camp short, she was not training for a fight at elevation, and she was taking a big step up in fighting a two time former champion that beat two of the greatest women champions in her division. Tracy obviously knew she had to get a finish in the 5th thus leading to her to be more assertive and aggressive - that same approach would’ve really benefited her in the previous rounds is the point. Just my opinion tho and I do believe Rose would’ve won regardless.

Tracy didn't just "decide" to be better than Rose. Before the fight Tracy was saying that fighting 1 week earlier wouldn’t make a difference since she was in camp already immediately after losing cuts her prep time from the true 3 weeks to now saying 2 weeks while being un prepared??
