This really works! I haven't been able to finish 3 rounds, only two with a combination of other exercises. My arms are taking shape, my old exercise routine were making my arms bigger. I cut on size portions and increased my intake of vegetables. You inspired me! Thank you!

I realise that this is an earlier video in your KZbin collection, but I just LOVE this workout. I know I’ve not commented really much at all for days now in the FB Group for our Transformation Tribe, but I wanted to say that this is one of my favourite (probably my very fav, in fact) arm routines. I’m going through a rough time. I won’t go into detail here, but you know about my dad and the viscous mantle cell lymphoma which has returned with vengeance. You sent me SUCH a sweet note about it all a while back when you were on Live and I just could not bring myself to participate that day due to the news (my days have been fogged together with all going on). Just wanted to say Thank You, Tracy. And I do really love your fitness, 😘 😘

I know I’ll be fine, Mom will somehow be fine, etc, but it’s especially difficult as borders have been closed for two years now due to the virus. I’ll be strong inside again soon. I go to the gym 3x a week; then when I get home I continue with other exercises that I just can't get done at the gym. Because of incomplete spinal cord injury (45 yrs ago, I will soon be 59), I use a wheelchair to get around all the time. I use your arm exercise videos without weights - they are killer workouts and I simply love them! Thank you so much for having some exercises that I can use.

Hi! Yes I use just 2lbs in each hand. YOu can use no weight, 1, 2 or 3lbs. I personally like to keep the weight light because I tend to bulk up otherwise, and my shoulders get over worked. Enjoy and so glad you are subscribed:)

Hi! Are you doing cardio too, and eating clean? Heavier weights are fine to try but they may make your arms bigger, it's really just a personal choice. I hope this helps:)

Hi Nikhila! Yes this will help to reduce fat in your arms, but you MUST do cardio and eat clean in order to reduce fat. I hope this helps:)

Hi Tracy, I really like those routines, I´ve been at the gym only 3 weeks but I figured out that when I do push ups, my left shoulder doesn´t work properly, it´s too weak and I feel sore. One of the trainers said that it caused by a wrong position or maybe weakness, may you give some recommendations or instructions to keep going. Thanks!!!

Hi Tracy,I have a few questions so if you could answer I'll be forever greatful. I just started being serious about being healthy this year once I got the diagnosis from my doctor why I had so many ailments of my skin and body. I've already started eating healthy for one month or so and have been really studying up on fitness. As a woman,my goal would be to have a six pack and a very toned body. I'm overweight and have been told by my doctor that I was in stage 2 obesity. I'm 5'2. I was about 200 pounds,now 190. I've thankfully lost 10 pounds so far in my journey. What I want to ask is.. 1)How often should I workout in a day?How long? 2)How often should I do the same exercise routine in a week? I see people having 'leg day' and so on because I'm guessing their muscles need time to repair?? Thank you so much!
