Tracy, thanks for sharing experience and story. Also, I would like to say I'm sorry that you had to go through feeling humiliated by those unprofessional staff . shame on them!

Tracy, thank you sharing your story. Tonight I am researching this same subject re my son who is tetrapalegic due to MS. I should not say anything more other than to thank you for sharing. Your frustration is real.

That is interesting to know, sometimes nurses don't realise that the patient knows better with chronic condition as Tracy's
