Esta vez gracias a Tracyanne Campbell voz y cara más visible de la banda que publica un nuevo disco, aunque en esta ocasión no con el grupo, sino en un nuevo proyecto que ha iniciado mano a mano con Danny Coughlan, un músico poco conocido que editaba discos bajo el nombre de Crybaby. Tracyanne & Danny han grabado un disco conjunto bajo sus nombres propios, producido por Edwyn Collins (Orange Juice) y Sean Red (Dexys Midnight Runner), que incluye diez canciones. No sabemos que ocurrirá en el futuro con Camera Obscura, ni si serán capaces de reunirse de nuevo tras la ausencia dejada por la teclista. A Carey va dedicado este disco, muy espEcialmente la canción "Alabama" que sirve para recordar los viajes de gira en su compañía: “me gusta Alabama, me gusta viajar a ultramar / me encanta viajar contigo y a ti te encanta tenerme contigo”.
