I’ve been taking a little break, mainly because I have been doing an animal character design course and it was exciting but took up a lot of time but I also need to recharge my batteries a little bit. For the past 7 years I have been living with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. It is mostly manageable but stress often causes flare ups. I’m experiencing one of these flare ups at the moment so I’m taking some time for self care. Thanks for your support! 💕

Thank you Sharon! I had to rewatch the video to answer this question as I filmed this video last year. I used the size 30, 31 and 33 holes in my stencil so I measured them and they are about 3.1cm, 3.3cm and 3.5cm in diameter.

I used black card stock, a white jelly roll pen, a gold gel pen, a white charcoal pencil and a tortillon or blending stump.

Hi Maria, I purchased the gel pens, the tortillon and the white charcoal pencil from Zentangle Inc. you can order these on their website zentangle.com. You could probably purchase gel pens, card stock and tortillons from your local office supplies or art/craft store. If you can’t find white charcoal pencils locally, the Zentangle website stocks them or you could probably use a white pastel pencil or even white chalk. Here in Australia we have a store called Officeworks and that is where I bought my black card stock and the circle template. You could draw around round objects or use a compass to draw the circles.
