I'll fill everyone in, in due time. My hair stylist is off on medical leave after having two surgeries performed, so I was put in a position to find a Hair Stylist during the 3-4 months she would be off.

Just when I thought I knew everything you love and use, I learned something new from you. First, I had no idea you could ask your primary doctor to prescribe Tazarotene! My dermatologist sells his own products, and every time I ask for Tazarotene, he gives me something from his shelves that isn’t the same. I asked my primary doctor yesterday, and he prescribed it immediately. I picked up the real one yesterday, and I was so happy! I also ordered the papaya enzyme, which wasn’t part of my usual routine, but I’m adding it to the list now. I love your empties, especially because we have the same skin type, and everything you recommend works well for me.

Hi Tracy! Love your videos! Why did you switch hairstylists? Your hair looks great as always. Also why did you stop using Cetaphil moisturizer? You turned me on to it. It’s economical and works great with my tretinoin regime.

I do have videos on my supplements, but not in detail. I cover the 'WHYs' of what I take in one-on-one coaching only. I've had clients choose the 'One Solution Coaching Package’ (one session) to cover the topic, hoping to create a supplementation program for themselves.

Hi Bonny. I am post-menopausal so I take 3 grams of Creatine per day to preserve bone mineral density.

Hi Tracy; do you consider yourself to be a needy grandparent? Or do the kids that have the children relying on you a lot for childcare?

Hello. I don't know what a 'needy Grandparent' is. I've never heard of this term, so unfortunately, I don't have an answer to that question. My daughters who have children, use a variety of childcare services. My grandchildren all go to daycare because both of those daughters works. The grandkids also get childcare from the grandparents on their father's side and from my husband and me. I still work full-time, so my availity is limited, but I am eager and love to help when possible.
