hey Tracy, I've been following your videos for a while and have noticed that a lot of the products you use often come wrapped in plastic (food items, stationary, clothes (esp from fast fashion brands)). I understand that all this buying things in this plastic packaging is very convenient, but if you could make a few swaps such as taking your own refillable mug when you get a drink outside, it would have such a positive impact on this planet!
